Kiska Merchandise Oy collects and stores the following information from customers:

The main source of data is the website user or the customer who placed the order. If necessary, we obtain additional information about the customer from our partners in order to serve the customer in the best possible way, such as for successful credit payment, we may need additional information about the customer from the credit service provider.

As a customer, you always have the right to see the data collected and stored by Kiska. You can see your own data either as a registered customer by logging into the online store or by inquiring more from Kiska's customer service at kiska@kiskamerchandise.fi. If you wish, you also have the option to ask Kiska to delete all data related to you when your last order has been successfully delivered.

As a customer, you also have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority if you feel that your personal data has not been processed in accordance with applicable law.

Data processing and its transfer to third parties

Only Kiska's own employees have access to the systems used by Kiska, who are bound by confidentiality obligations regarding the data they process and are trained to use the data only appropriately and only when they are needed, for example, to successfully deliver an order or to resolve a potential customer problem in a customer service situation. Processing customer data requires the employee to log in with a password.

In some cases, we may transfer the information we have to trusted third parties, for example for payment and delivery of the order, marketing, analytics or storage, if this is necessary for the customer's benefit. For example, for the purpose of successfully placing an order, your payment information is passed through a payment intermediary and your address and contact information is passed on to parties responsible for logistics.
